export from autocad to rhino 4.0

hi I wanted to know how to export a 3d autocad to then open it in rhinoceros 4.0

but rhino opens native autocad.. .

It doesn't work. the 3d comes out me reticulated and not solid.. (excuse me but are still the first time I use these programs)

rhino is not a solid modeler. It's normal for you to care that way.
