export sketch

I built a sketch following profiles of a part, now I would like to export the sketch to then reuse it in a new part, is it possible?

I tried with safe copy, and I thought I found the rescue .sec, but then I realized that it acts on the whole part already built, at least so it seems. .

then I tried to select the sketch and make a public geometry, but nothing... .

How are you doing?

If you save the .sec file with save copy then you can import it wherever you want.
But tell us what version of pro-e you're using.

you have to save with the open sketch when you are still in the editing phase.

I use the wf5 version.
