Hello to all I have a problem as I recently started to cough with 3d printing, I wanted to try to make a piece of mine....after doing my little object with inventor, I exported it to ipt files to stl file.. m, when I try to hit it on the slicing software I get tiny, why?

how do you convert it? simply changing extension or using 3d print functionality?

menu at the top, export, shape cad, choice format stl and save.... not that good?

if you need to print it in 3d I suggest you use the appropriate function. from there controls all parameters, accuracy and even final measurements

between print options find 3d printing. in the window that opens you define what to print, with what detail and various other options. starts to become familiar with these things

it goes well the export cad -> stl as you did, but before giving "save" there is the tato options, where in the window set the various parameters. probably leaving it by default kept the unit in centimeters, try to select "millimeters", from the ok and save
