export to remote file from vault

Good evening,
I beg that I am not experienced neither inventor nor vault, but I would have a necessity:
take some files from a company's vault server to use them in tote on remote pc outside the company.
I have made some attempts, for example saving the folders from the server related to a specific task, but I always respond to a problem.
When I try to open, for example an iam set or an idw table, on the remote pc, inventor says that some ipt parts are missing, which obviously cannot be opened.
I guess the procedure is incorrect.
Is there a way to save complete assemblies of all parts, with the purpose of bringing them on external pc?
the main problem also concerns the fact that I should save an infinity of assemblies and open them to save them one by one would have a too expensive operation at the time level.
I'm sorry for ignorant stupid questions about this, but I really need help.

You could try to connect the pc to the vault, so extract the axieme and all the derived files.
at that point you have everything on your pc workarea and you can work there.
finished work you reconnect, archive everything and files in the vault are updated to the latest changes.

This way however you can only work there as the vault sees the files as extracts and therefore does not allow others to do the same.

to extract on stick you should set the same as workarea, sincerely I do not know if you can do it.
to extract go to the vault, select files, right click, extract.
now you have a copy of the files in workarea and you can work there.
finished work by inventor, browser vault, archive.
now the updated file is within the vault server.

do pack and go vault and save it in the work area. from the work area you fill the structure on a key. Take her home and work.
