external references not visible

Hello everyone

I would have a problem with external references (xref).
we say that I have a design "a"(head) that I want to insert in the general drawing "b"(table), in addition to the headboard I have a xref that is the table of the materials. when I go to insert in b as xref the table of the mattresses you see me in the preview but it is not visible in b, as if it did not hesitate. Do you know how to help me?

ok thanks so it works but I deceive I would have another problem since here in the office we have a common network I happen that on my that I have crato the file assembled when I go insert it in the drawings everything ok but if you insert it another from another pc do not see what I'm wrong?
