Good morning to all,
My name is maurizio and I am a new user of the forum.
I would need help in solving a problem.
I have created an external rule that assigns the file name to the name part, a text to the project and a text to all common voices.
of manual I only have to compile the specific features, such as the material treatment and description.
at each part, in the event trigger, I did run the rule after opening the document.
for idw boards I have a custom paper that reports iproperties data.
all this according to our internal encoding managed to commit.
but the customer wants drawings with own codes.
so before delivery, I make a copy of together, parts and boards. I quickly rename them with bulkrename, reopen all by solving the links and the game is done.
the problem arises as the customer, in Tables 2d, wants that our design number also appears. and here, except to manually recompile a specific field of each set and part, I just don't know how to do it. and often the parts of a project are really many.

Hi.
Perhaps..... before the renaming, you can manually launch an ilogic from the main axieme that cyclaring on all parts and assemblies, perform a custom iproperties with your internal code which then will appear in the cartilage along with the customer code

You gave me a winning idea.
I don't know if that's what you meant, but I did this:
I made a copy of the files, including rule, in another folder.
Before opening the renamed axieme, I changed the rule excluding the string that would change the field of our internal code.
I opened the assist, solving the links.
open the tables without even opening the parts
changed cartiglio (identical to our but with customer logo)
problem solved
