Good morning and hello to everyone, I am new to sw before I used ptc.
I have customers who send me stp/step assemblies and once opened with sw2019 I can't open single parts to make changes, someone can help me. Thank you very much, good work.

you have to remove the check to active 3d interconnect in the board import system options
