Good morning, I introduce myself because I am new to the forum.
I am a designer/designer of the world of eyewear. I take care of the industrialization of metal components starting from the designer style proposals. in the company we make the pieces mainly with removal cn machines but we make, at times, also use of coniatura/tranciation molds. we use autocad lt - toptron and esprit as cad/cam.

I searched in the forum an open discussion on the topic at the bottom but I did not find it, I apologize if it escaped or I did not find it.

I would need to extract from Tables 2d drawing quotas and related tolerances to go to feed statistical control cards on excel. currently it is a work that is done by hand but an automatic system (or seeds) would speed up the process and decrease possible copying errors; I really have many codes to handle. At the moment I use autocad lt, I do not know if it is possible with this software or if there is something specific.

thanks in advance

ciao @ironmike87,
thanks to the tips, from what I saw the program that closest to what I need is highqa that starts from pdf but obviously if I can connect it directly in autocad is better.
I follow the advice of @ale47p and I try to move the conversation in autocad.
I apologize, but I'm denied in the forums.

look that the solidworks tool also allows recognition from pdf file via ocr, look at some demos.
If I don't remember badly (since they came to give us a presentation at home it's been a long time) you should also have the opportunity to buy separately the tool that only works on pdf.

In any case, I would advise you to look for a tool that integrates directly with the cad you use, without having to pass: cad > pdf , pdf > tool to create control cards

Thank you. @ironmike87, I apologize for the delay but a little vacation for me too:-)
ideal would be just a software that does everything (toptron not or allows, it is verticalized for molds not for production).
We are also making evaluations in this area and also in order to change management using a production and not administrative. if we could integrate everything with one, max 2 software would be perfect. I think we have a little too much meat on fire in the company
for the moment I have identified some software like inspectionxpert that go well but in light of the above we are putting them in stand-by
