extrusion on cylindrical surface.

Good evening.
I have a problem about creating an extruded surface on a cylinder (curve part).
I basically have a sketch on the floor and I have to bring it back to a cylindrical surface.
Secondly, I must extrude this shape created on the cylindrical surface.
How can I do that?

sketch 2d project it on the surface in 3d sketch environment
then do the offset of the surface where the sketch is projected
project the 3d sketch on the offset, then do the loft
it seems that better there is not as a solution

You better explain yourself, don't you want your sketch on the top of the cylinder?

there is the same request on the forum of solidworks, where it was solved with the usual labors of interpretation; I suppose that even in inventor wants to get the same result (why with 2 different cads? Jacob's mysteries. ...
I allow myself to expose the question in order not to waste time in decryptions: wants the sketch wrapped on the curve and the extrusion in radial direction
in this video, for solidwrks, you see clearly the result. I inventor can't use it so I leave the ball to you

mmm, we do so, I attach a somewhat didactic file, made with 2011, with a cylinder and three workings, a sweep and two swings, which start from the sketch projections on cylindrical surface, so you see how it is done.
