extrusion problems 3d studio max

Hello I am building house steiner in 3d, but made plans I had a problem. by extruding and marking to the side the height value then in the screen does not result that height. to make you understand in the views it turns out higher the extruded wall with value two meters of that of 4. What do I do to fix?

Didn't you do scaling?

Well, I had built the planimetries with photos, then to fix them correctly I had created a square in the scene with the actual size of the house to check if they coincided. where they did not coincide I climbed slightly.

Could it be caused by that?

I read that, but I still can't figure out how to solve my problem:
How do I reschedule everything? ?

you can convert to editable poly... then you fix everything as you like

or in the panel utilities - reset xform - reset selected - delete the xform modifier and restore the primitive before the scaling operations
