face division obtained from a loft

Hello everyone, is it possible to divide the face obtained with a loft of surface through the curves with which the loft itself was generated?
The face is not planing, could it be a problem?

so on two feet you should have no problem with division line to divide this face though without seeing the pattern it is difficult to indicate a way to solve your problem.
