failed installation: error 1603

good afternoon, I'm trying to install on my win10x64 the latest version of autodesk inventor nastran 2021.1 r1 x64, but it fails with code 1603. I looked at the autodesk site, checking as indicated the necessary space for installation and string path=c:\windows\system32. ok, but at the end the installer always returns this error, even with the previous r0. inventor 2021 with the latest update goes instead to god if not better. Has anyone already faced or perhaps solved this kind of error? every suggestion could be useful... thank you! ! !

Errore 1603 in fase di installazione

Ciao a tutti ho un problema con l'installazione di autocad 2008. Ho da poco cambiato computer, e volevo rinstallare i programmi che usavo prima. Però con autocad 2008 non riesco, mi viene errore irreversibile durante l'installazione, per la precisione errore 1603 e non so più cosa fare...

the technician connects with teamviewer, launches a couple of times the installer, controls some log entries, runs a script locally, but nothing good. then tells me that the behavior of the setup is "anomalous" and to wait that asks another technician of the autodesk italia ... in the wait I removed some sections of the file ini where they appear keywords of the type "forced", I try again and in the end "the jeux sont faits"!!! so as soon as I call back the guy, I can repeat (and complain) that the assistance money is a great investment! :
