good morning and good start of the week to all, I wanted to ask if there has ever happened a similar situation and according to you as it is convenient to proceed, but first of all I explain to you my situation:
I was recently hired by a lazio company that sent me to post-training at a branch in lombardia. I stayed about 5 months paying at my expense the dense (because I was already living in the area). After the 5 months they came less saying that, rightly, returning again in the trial period they could do what they wanted and that they no longer needed the extra worker in the ut. in practice they were dishonest from the beginning because they only had to satisfy a summer peak of work, I should have noticed. However, I have noticed, even comparing myself with colleagues from the company in which I work currently, that in the previous company did not pay me the transfer fee (the item is not in pay envelope). I was hired with the 5th indefinite metalmechanical level. The first thing I wanted to ask you is whether, in case of "detachment", the latter is either due to the worker. when is it not for transfer fees?
the impression is that the company took advantage of the employees (with the knife on the side of the handle) and that therefore it was a habit not to pay the employees when they were moving to the other branches of the group. But now that I have nothing to prove and substantiate, I would really like to make a holiday at their expense and send him a postcard. What do you say?
