First of all "false aid" is not correct.
I don't think false information is provided. may perhaps be incomplete, not sufficiently exhausting, but false not.

Now I don't know what the arguments that make you express in that sense.
I can tell you that on my part I have always received help that in some cases have allowed me to re-examine the problems experienced at work.
I have tried to counteract as much as I can, often not succeeding us but it has always been useful as it has "mandated" me to carry out research, reread forgotten topics, etc.
the comparison of ideas, opinions, knowledge is very formative.
just be willing to receive how much others can give you, disinterestedly.

I would like to add a couple of considerations (especially aimed at "study", but not only):
- in a forum like this (with a strong professional address), users usually work and are not always present and ready in responses. to ask a question at 16.51 and at 17.12 (21 minutes later) to give judgments on the "good will" of people, it seems at least out of place... the forum is not a help desk and no one has ever entered into a service contract with the forum itself... aids received are "disinterested" aids as requests must be.
the will to be of help there is always, but there are not always possibilities/knowledges/temps in order to be able to do it. . .
-In addition, a file of a program is required that in the meantime had two new versions: if even I had the time to prepare the file, it would not have served to anything since I installed the only max 2011 (and certainly I would not re-install 2009), and there is no possibility to save in the previous releases (to be true with 2011 you can save also in 2010, but it is a novelty). .
- you've found a old post that could help you solve the problem? did you try the handkerchief tips (my any one), instead of just asking if the tips had worked?
- have you read/proved the help or tutorials provided with the program?
I simply ask because often to solve the problem and use these aids (sometimes too trivialized and underestimated) and with so many tests I solve... Sure that if someone told me right away how to do it would be faster, but I would lose all the "more" learning (like understanding the various settings) that develops to get to the solution... obvious that then there is always the forum (and internet in general) for particular doubts.. .

Well I besides this very assiduously follow the mcad forum that deals with mechanical modeling and I must say that in both cases the answers maybe come after a little time, but they come. Moreover there are willing people who often offer themselves for exchanges of info also with private messages. the attitude of those who ask, however, must be precisely of " humility" and patience.
sometimes it happened in mechanical modeling forums to receive very "basic" help requests from people from countries such as india, who had to solve work problems and insistently asked solutions. the feeling of being "doing the job" to someone, moreover in one of those countries where more and more often the resources for design (low cost) were strong motion and, believe me, very unpleasant :d

It happens a little to everyone I believe, I ask for help only after I hit my head against the wall without success, or when the times are very tight and I can't afford to spend the hours trying and trying again.
said this, there is no greater satisfaction of seeing a tutorial on the best tips to get a certain result (typically fillets of complex surfaces are my cross and delight) and discover that the techniques explained are those to which I have come after various sessions of "head against the wall" :d

Yes, I think from a forum you have to wait for help if it arrives... and you must always thank. remain calm if the help is late to arrive. . and smile if he comes but it's not what we expect... This is the beauty of a community.
