family " generic model based on spline" lying on a floor

I would like to know if there is a generic family based instead of "linea" on "spline" lying on a floor. all to multiply a "family object" not along a line but rather along a spline! I had built a family based on line but I can't use because I have to "seminarla" along a spline!!! here is the best approach to address the problem correctly? Thank you for your interest!

in theory yes, as the spiline must be "quoted" in the sense of:
- the construction of the spline must be made by segments using the drawing tools: arch, ellipse, semicircumference, etc.) and to each segment enter the various parameters to manage the object by means of linear matrix (rights) or circular matrix (curve contracts)
the extremes of each segment must be attached to the extremes of the preceding/following segments and managed with special paramentric controls (trigonometric/coordinated/angular-linear/etc.)

I think it's a mess for me... I allego the family ..is the schematicization of a slats that "seminates" along a line model "right" to me served for convenience on a spline! thanks for the timeliness? What can I do now...manually? Hi.

the same operation for the family: divide the path into many "homogeneous" sectors and execute a matrix directly in place
the same thing as the builders to build it.. . .
