family parameters curtains for windows

use revit 2014,
I created a family of outdoor curtains.. .
I wanted to do so by creating a function in the length of the curtain that this was open/closed at a certain time of day/date and at a given exposure. . .
You know if someone did something like that?
I can't find the way to insert these parameters into the tent family
