Good morning, everyone. I happen to have to model the sheet of which I attach the original table. I wanted to ask someone who knows the sheet metal tools better than me, if there is a tool to achieve the reinforcement rig, the one that you see in section. thanks to all of the help

some doubt about the hand drawing is there.
if it is a single piece it should be made a folded sheet and then imbuted with the forming tool.

so I should create an apoosite ambition tool. I think it's quicker then put in the table two differently shaped details: one doing the sheet without rib from where to take the development and one done with the "class" functions so that you can see how it would end..... do you want to proceed?

to do it quickly of could make three sheets: the two side with a rectangular section and one in the middle of a v section you could almost think of welding them to the tig of the head or with two lateral cords full penetration.

I modeled very quickly with freecad your sheet metal object.the fastest method is to build first with the sheet controls all the 20x2mm strap making all round. Then you can either make a cut in the middle section and add a third sheet with v shape or add a punch in the custom list and use it to deform. and finally make the cut in shape on the side of the short folds and last the holes.
I attach the step model so you can see how the final model turns out.
However you can decide to make it in another thousand ways...with the surfaces, with all extrusion and conversion after as a sheet.
