I had a question to ask:

I have a set in a catproduct file and carry out on this set of holes or pockets of asses, which involve more members of the axieme. in the face of these changes I change the individual catpart files, i.e. if I make a hole involving all the elements of a set, this hole will affect all the catpart files of the perforated parts in the axieme.
my question is: isn't there a way to make a feature of assists that don't affect the respective catpart files? i.e. a way to make holes or pockets in the axieme, but when I open the parts that were involved in the axieme features there is no change (i.e. no hole or pocket).

Hello valentino, I also use v5r19. As far as I know, the features d'assembly do not allow the interruption of links with interested catparts. to stop the operation you should open the catpart file and isolate the operation.

Okay.
there are manufacturing processes, especially in carpentry companies, which consist in taking parts in sheet metal, beams, etc., weld them, and, only after welding, drilling and shaping operations on welded assemblies (this is done to compensate for any distortions resulting from welds or any thermal treatments performed on the assemblies). Therefore, the final 2d drawings to be sent into production must include drawings in which there are the pieces of sheet or unworked beams and a design of assemblies in which the same beams and sheets are assembled and perforated. the positions of the holes will be listed on the axieme. in solidworks, the shaping and drilling operations made on the axieme do not affect the individual parts. in caia si (and are very agreeable that this may have its usefulness). what I wanted to ask was how to pierce or shape a set, without the individual caparts affecting the operations done in the assembly environment, in order to be able to realize 2d tables in which there are single parts not perforated and tables in which the same single parts are assembled and drilled.

Since catia v5 does not allow processing on a welded assembly without changing the interested parties I recommend this system.
save interested parties with "save by name" by storing them with a new name then create the assembling with them.
In this way you can create jobs in the axieme, then put on the table.
regarding the delivery tables. Take the parts that you didn't put in the aid.

If I have understood well you do not find the welds icons if it is this your problem solves so (with v5 ) when you have performed your pieces and assiemati in the product go to the top left and open "start" mechanical design, weld design, at this point you are in welding mode and on the right strip there are all the icons you look for.
