file assembled in revit

are struggling with the construction of a residential complex costuito by several substantially repeated residential units.
(as from image attached).

However, having no alignment references for quotas and having quotated each file to itself, in the assembly file the quotas between the villas are not aligned. so I wanted to know if it is better to quote everything directly in the assembled file.thank you dear

except for some particular case the documentation phase and preferable always to do all in the master file.
