I have tables made with autocad and I wanted to know if it was possible to import them into an idw file

open the autocad table with inventor, save and choose the .idw format

but it gives me this message " this file contains data that I cannot be written in the selected format. only the data of native inventor will be written in the file" save but I do not see anything

try to make copy/paste but it doesn't go, I can make copy but after it doesn't give me the paste command

first click the "view without model" icon and then paste

solved thanks, the only thing that changes the scale of the design how do I have to set something up? even odds are not displayed

that of the scale I think is always the problem of the unit of measurement, i.e. in autocad almost always by default is set inches, when the amount in inventor instead is millimeters (but could also be the opposite), you have to check.
