file export problem in pdf format

Good morning to all,
in the company we have made an update of catia v5 in the version r20 relaese 7, I respond a problem when save a file drawing in pdf format.

the previous version we used catia v5 r 18 did not give this problem.

I need to save drawing files in pdf format, but with catia v5 r20, when save the file, falls the catia v5 r20 program.

Can you tell me what this is about?
have you ever had such a problem?
4 posts have xp operating system and 1 win7 operating system.

I think you're saying v5r20 spk7 ..... .....confused:
what you call drawing I think is catdrawing ................
I installed the spk6 (actually 7 I didn't see it ....... but if you installed it there will be ) and it gave me problems with updating the catproducts and I removed it...... seeing your problem then the spk7 also has problems:
In conclusion I would suggest to remove the spk7 and put the spk5............... the problem is if you can still do it or not, without having to reinstall caia v5r20 :smile:

Thank you for the answer,
The update was made on Thursday 15th by an external software company we support for assistance. I would not have understood badly and actually the v5 r20 cat installed is the spk6 and not as I said spk7. you with the catia v5 r20 spk5 do not experience problems? Monday I see, no problem to ask the service company to reinstall the version with spk5 if necessary.

If as a subtent... all stations have the same problem is the spk .

cmq testing catsetting is still + fast of spk reinstallation:smile: you should try as falonef says:smile:
catdua is ok if the problem is only on a file but if the problem is on any catdrawing .................... I don't think it's necessary.

perhaps the technician who has performed the updates has committed some mistakes by damaging the catsetting, check and possibly install the catsetting again as said by falonef.

This problem we announced to ds. is solved in r21 and r20 sp06 hf08.

You could install the hf08 and then it works.

thanks falonef......... the solution is temporary mooolto, I know the possibility to update manually and I preferred to go back to the spk5 so I don't have to inc.....to make all the times I had to update............ .
I didn't know the spk6 hotfix............ cmq thanks for communication and confirmation that the spk6 was "baked" ..............
I have installed the 21 but I have not yet found some improvements in the commands (I've handed down little because of the little time) ......... you have already seen something that has been changed or some particular additions.......... Sorry the offtopic:

the hot fix is a program that "fixes" (corrects) the errors of a spk (waiting the new spk that should understand the previous hot fixes) and is often done only specifically for some companies to fix errors that maybe happen only to them for several reasons............ to me in the past were data hotfixes made for audi and bmw that solved me small holes that were in the spk........................ in our case ht08 should correct the update problem that has unleashed with the installation of the spk6 :smile:
