I need help,

I can't open catia part file, it always gives me the following error for all files.

Could it be that who the warrant did not annex everything?? or is it a newer version of mine? ?


This is what appears to me:

If it still happens to me in the future how can I solve this problem?, is there any solution or should I do as I now request the file in a version compatible with mine?

There is no other way to send files in the same version, or in a neutral format.
However go, export in non-original format involves loss of history.
is good standard for a supplier to use versions aligned to the customer and do not upgrade to higher versions if not on customer's request.
in case you were the supplier, you should align (if you have other customers, install multiple versions, but be careful in management).
