file openings e2 / e3

Good morning to all,
I have thinkdesign version 2008 installed both on the fixed pc and on the notebook,
from the fixed pc I can open files e2 and e3 going from computer resources in the drawings folder and selecting some files, then I send and get the opening of files on tinkdesign.
on the notebook I can open the files only from the open folder present on tinkdesign that allows me to select only 1 file at a time. if I try to open multiple files, e2 and e3 going from computer resources in the drawings folder and selecting some files, then by sending I do not get opening any of the files.
is there someone who knows how to give me directions to open files on the notebook also going from computer resources in the drawings folder and selecting various files to be able to open them on thinkdesign?

Hi.
probably during installation windows did not associate e3,e2 files to the correct application,
to put things in place, right-click on a td->propriety'->apricon file, and select in the bin manager of thinkdesign td_run.exe at this point everything should work.

If the above solution does not go well, a somewhat "rustic" solution could be to resize think3 in half of the desktop, in the other half open the folder with the files, select the ones you want to open and move them with a "drag and drop" on the think3 work area.
Okay. the solution of euro ii is better however

every time I change version of think (and I've been through almost all of them: 9.0, 2006.1, 2007.1, 2009.3, 2012.1) I always set the steps iges dxf dwg files with default opening in the bin folder, with the file "tdesign.exe".

but every time I double-click on a file, a new think instance opens every time.
in practice:
2 files--> 2 think open
3 files--> 3 think open
4 files--> 4 think open
and so forth

if instead imposed default the "td_run.exe" opens me the first and only instance of think already open, but does not open the clicked file.

I remember that with the old version 9 and the version 2006.1, double-clicking it all opened in the same think...

Where is it?

ps. the only files that open in the same already open instance are e2 and e3

in practice you have to set from the operating system all the extensions you want to open that point to td_run.exe in this way everything should go ..
In case of failure, and that you don't need to keep the old versions of td in the machine I recommend you to do a cleaning of installations like:

Disconnect versions of td
Remove the registry keys on:
hkey_local_macine/software/think3 for 32 bits
hkey_local_macine/wow6432node/software/think3
and local hkey_current_user/software/think3..

in this way you clean everything .. and reinstall the version that interests you. .
In your case, the operating system probably messed up, that's why you didn't work.
