file problem opening read-only

Good evening to all, I have a problem with opening some files this morning. Once opened, the writing tells you that the file is currently in use or read-only. no other user is using it, besides I tried to go on file ownership and to remove the check mark on read only (I did this also for the folder containing the file)but nothing. I press that I had to save the file in autocad 2000 with dxf extension because I have to import it on docfa. this problem gives me alone once you save the files in this format, while all the others saved in dwg I keep quietly opening them.

I thank you, I saved it yesterday in this version because in later versions docfa did not charge me the planimetry and in some forums I read that maybe could be caused by this. But I have the latest version of docfa, so I didn't understand why he didn't read later. thanks for the info, I will try again uploading other files
