filling color text quota

Good day to all.
Today I have a problem like this:
in the string "modifies quota style" imposed the fill color text quote on "no one".
save, close and reopen the drawing and color setting text fill back on "background"
Are there any variables I have to set? What can I do?

I saved, closed and reopened and modified with "no" and stayed on "no"
