filter distinct materials (sw 2017)

Good morning to all,
I’m looking for the way to put together a separate one that only contains the components of purchase (e.g. bearings) or other types of choice, practically a filter, but I update the numbers components so as not to leave empty spaces.
the only solution found to date is to order the db for a property pers. "buy."... hid the "no" and kept the "yes" so I can reorder the numbers.
the difficulty is present with very long db and with components that do not follow an order (due to the encoding) that bind them by type
do you know if there is a way of working differently? maybe changing the table in excell but keeping the sw constraints that interest me?

in the sense that some commercial parts do not have the property purchase?

excel tables do not maintain connection with solid once exported

You know I messed up the explanation.
what I would like to do on a db in solidworks is to remove one or more elements by making sure that the relative positions (and therefore numberings) are occupied by the next, so as not to skip numbering.
the only thing I could do is hide such parts but the numbering does not change (the flag "do not change numbering" is not selected)

Why, as I told you in the other discussion, don't you put them in order by type and hide everything you don't need?
if you have 80 codes, of which 23 commercial, placing them in order with the purchase property you will have the first 23 commercials numbered sequentially and the remaining nacosti

...yes, I did but I have cases where I have to mix some cards, and I should hide some purchase comps, some lathes or cmq components that are not in order in the distinct but jumping, I could create a prop pers ad-hoc but being a long thing, if I found an alternative way would be perfect....otherments, amen

ok, but a variable or two comues there must be, otherwise even having the possibility to filter as you would?
I mean that if the purchase property is not always valid, if the return property sometimes yes, it means that there is no universal parameter that categorizes the parts for all situations.
If each set has its own logic I would see as the only possibility to exclude the components, at the level of the same, from the distinct. with subaxis becomes challenging, but by making an ad hoc configuration it could be feasible to create a general set with the only distinct of purchase parts
