find and delete temporary files

today I had to close with the swx task manager after several hours that was processing a pdf 3d file without coming to head, only that left me the file system full of lock ~$part.sldprt file.
Is there a command to purge these files automatically? or do I need to look for them with classic windows tools?

second question: where do you put temporary files that you create during work? Is there a specific folder to go clean every now and then?

certain that yes hunter, in the options there are in the last tabs the voice for temporary files and for backup copies for recovery. choose a convenient local place on a fast drive or if you love the risk and are one that saves a lot, disable everything. :finger:

occasionally a nice batch file that cleans unwanted files would be useful for each archive. I do it with total commander and a custom search.

That folder is, as the name says, a temporary folder.
there saves the instant file you are working, you can only recover it
if the function is enabled (see image) and only for if there was a crash of the pc...
I have adopted the system to make it create 3 files for each entity that at the end of the day are deleted from a batch file before the daily backup.
