find the point of view wheel function

I wanted to ask you if you knew where I can find the point-of-view option to switch from 2d to 3d on autocad 2012. having changed version (from 2004 to 2012) I find myself a bit in trouble, thanks to everyone!

in the "view" tab you will find the commands for the management of the views.
but better to use the central mouse wheel combined with the maiusc key.
