fitting solid with variable radius

Good evening.
Now I have come to the solid, I practically have to make a radius but that is variable.
practically as you see in the solid, which I posted here, I made two blue and green fittings(r0.5) that turn around the base of the central tree.
only that now as you always see in the solid, I must reconnect, always with a radius of 0.5, the two external sides of those wings, so my new radius of 0.5 must run along the whole side.
only that it gives me error if I include the tilted part that goes to die on the bevel of the central tree.
Can there be any solution?

I ask that I do not take the 3d program with which you have done the job; personally use catia v5. with catia the problem you have encountered solves by setting the bevel com. indicating the edges you want to remain active in your case: what runs along the vertical fin and that on the upper terminal part of the cone trunk. if the program you are using allows you the game is done.
