fixed lines

Good evening to all
I would like to be able to block a line or anything not created with the solid I would like to be able to block it
without putting odds with a "fixed" command I think there is but I don't remember where. Can anyone help me?

Right button on the "object" line, and then there's the fix........... .

otherwise you have to do + 1......... double-click not on the victorious icon but on the left................... Touch the object and then click dx tells you what you could do on that object ................. .
