flattening a 3D sketch surface

Good morning to all, I am new to the forum.
I have a big problem (at least for me).
I have to flatten a surface obtained from a 3d sketch.
In practice I would like it to behave like the "flat recetition" in the sheet function.

It will be tough, but you have to analyze case by case. if it is simplifiable to normal folds you can do it, otherwise you need external applications that manage the funnel.
