I would have a few questions about the floors:
1) Can I create a floor so that the last layer, what I then see in 3d, has a dotted retino (or another) but as a background the gray and not white?
2)I created a floating floor the last layer consists of wooden strips. to make sure that in the 3d model you can see the escapes between a list instead of a uniform surface as I can do?

1) only with the view in "shaded" mode and adequately set the parameter "transparency"
2) if you only look for "the effect" use a reason that has a double line of separation between the lists, otherwise you have to make a specific family. (not recommended as the file will become very heavy)

Maybe it was enough to change the bitmap of the mapping.
