Bye to all,
I'm new to the forum and I wanted to ask a question. I am simulating the volume fraction of a solid phase within a fluidized bed reactor. to great lines I managed to simulate almost everything I wanted and to put back to scientific texts the results more or less coincide. my question was this: how can I plot the height reached by the volume fraction of the solid phase according to time?? In practice I would like to have a xy chart in which on the x axis there is the timeline while on y the height of my reactor. I hope to have been clear and thank you in advance for any possible answer.
p.s. someone from the forum did some similar simulation? ? so you can compare results and any settings.

never done anything like that but in feeling you should create a real line of where you want to know the h. then make an isosuperfice of 0.5 vof. at that point the intersection between the line and the interface should be what you want.

But I don't know if it's feasible in the back, I'm afraid you have to turn the simulation back.

comuqnue keep in mind that it is a year that I do not put hand to fluent seriously, so I do not remember the exact commands.

If you have other questions, ask

Meanwhile thanks for the answer...I knew also such a methodology but my problem later was to know under the menu "monitors" what to go to select. ..cmq now I try and then I will let you know:-). thank you again
