Hi.
Can I not make the tool path smooth when I work curved surfaces, depending on the tolerance of the model or how powermill divides the bows into segments?
How can I do to generate a classic path in g03/04 on the curves, instead of the tide of coordinates that I now do?
thanks to the courteous attention. . .

the model has to be done well with a tolerance of 0.01, moreover also the path has to be calculated with tolerance of 0.01 or even less, depends on the piece, to finish also the tool machine has to be "synchronized" with the powermill, because to us it happened that the machine made the bows like so many close lines and seems a machine mitrailer, lowering the tolerance of the paths to 0.005 the thing had improved but,

Thank you.
I find myself in what you say, I will hear the technicians of the car. I improved a bit by setting the distribution points from 'tolerance and keeps bows' to 'redistribute',something improves...thanks!

Hello bulino,
are on an ares cms 5assi. What do you think?
I solved in part by changing the tolerances of the mathematical model and those of calculation path, now it is not bad... but I saw other machines make the same pieces with much more fluidity of movement (half 5 axes with alphacam). . .
