no massive, it does not represent a welding, I have to approach as much as possible with the two folded stems to close the crack (instead of welding a sheet triangle to understand). I tried with closed edge, even bringing to equal measure the flanges, but it gives me error.

because you set in the bending parameters the bending angle to 0. so when the edges of the flange do not run the drain and sends everything to aches.
right button on sheet set the fold radius to 1 (=thick) and you will see that you will be able to insert the closed edge
