This is the first time I write to you.
use ansys workbench 13 and I am performing a modal analysis and therefore
a harmonic response study on a 3d system, consisting essentially of a cylindrical mass, of which I need to calculate also the strain energy associated with each way and therefore the strain energy of response to a force applied to a certain frequency of my choice.

classic ansys (v13) allows to do this by calculating the sene energy of the elements selected by me, workbench instead does not have this option, or better perhaps I can not find it.

Can anyone help me?

I am discovering with my disappointment that unfortunately wb has results defined in the 'worksheet' panel and it is not said that there are all the results that ansys provides, so in this sense is quite limited.
The most used results are all, but if something specific is required, it becomes quite difficult.
If anyone knows more, I'd be happy to learn.
