I tried to make a verification:good morning, I need to know if by sharing a weight (machine body) of 3000 kg on the attached frame the materials used (heb 100 + plates in 12 mm) hold.
If possible, can you check this in inventor??
Thank you.
I did the verification using ante-war inventor! :good morning, I need to know if by sharing a weight (machine body) of 3000 kg on the attached frame the materials used (heb 100 + plates in 12 mm) hold.

Thank you very muchI tried to make a verification:
I used a steel with yielding 207 mpa.
frame weight 596 kg.
I simulated how the frame leaned on the whole contour and applied 30000 n concentrated in the middle of the central beam (for safety )!
in these conditions gave me a safety coefficient of 3.7 and a maximum arrow of 0.4 mm.
logically if I had distributed the 30000 n on all perimeter of the frame I would have had results clearly more favorable.
I'd say he's well sized.
I'd like someone else to verify it! :
simply leaning on the groundhow is the frame bound?
If the frame is rested on the ground and the load is uniform I would say that you can also make the hand calculation of the beams that are sufficiently long compared to the section size.good morning, I need to know if by sharing a weight (machine body) of 3000 kg on the attached frame the materials used (heb 100 + plates in 12 mm) hold.
