freely move geometry created on board

I have a problem that I have never had with catia v5 r20...when on a table I create a line or any geometry, and then I try to change its size, the line hooks me to not know where, losing me the position I had assigned to him, and I can no longer move it from where it hooked...I basically can't stretch lines because just I take an extreme and try to "tirarla" it. . .
Does anyone know why?
I saw options but I found nothing useful... .

.....ok....but...how can you make lines extendable? ? ? ?
every time I try to extend a line I hook it to the position of the reference frame! ! ! !
