I wanted to report free office, microsoft office suite completely free of charge.

are (for now) practically the same thing. libreoffice was created after Oracle bought sun microsystems by taking all property software, including openoffice and java.

some openoffice developers have considered that they do not want to live in the oracle world and have founded the "document foundation", which has among its objectives to generate a more 'free version of openoffice, and that is, libreoffice.

for the moment libreoffice has only some features and some extra bugs, but at 99.9% we talk about the same program.

attention that support to the "x" formats of ms-office (docx, xlsx, etc) is still quite poor.

I really thought I had solved the problem significantly better than the one posted, and in two different ways.
As long as I don't know about lisp, I had proposed to write a software that takes the dxf into the input with the points and returns out a dxf with the circumference.

I can easily write it under linux. If you want it under windows it will take a little more because I have to put on a virtual machine.
