Bye to all,
I noticed from management activities that the cpu (intel xeon w-2145) of the workstation (hp g4 workstation) does not work at the maximum frequency of turbo boost (4,50 ghz) but comes to maximum 4,20 ghz.
windows energy saving settings are on waste.
I have reason to believe that it is not an alimnentation deficit as it is a constructive solution proposed by the same customised hp within the options themselves recommended.

How can I make him use of all the computing power?

Is the turbo speed managed automatically or should it be set in the bios?
from "bocia" the turbo in the 386-486 was a nice rust on the case.. :

Usually mobo builders of a certain level have a dedicated program that allows you to manage much of the settings that you find in the bios directly in windows environment, implemented with a simple reboot.

Try to see if there's any balorda setting limiting the clock...
