from individual company to srl

I'm seeing more and more often than as an individual company I can't access many regional bands or tax concessions, while instead I could do it if I was a company owner, so I thought I'd jump from indivudale company to srl.

Did someone here? Could you tell me what the advantages and disadvantages are? For example, I guess I'm gonna spend more money on accountant because I'm gonna have to make the budget, but other than that?

I would step up. I went from a snc (artisan, two employees) to a srl (small industry, nine employees) then to an individual company (one employee ). Now I'm addicted and I feel good like this....
know well about the contribution aspect, as srl you are in separate management, as administrator, as on the other hand also with individual company (as I was though I think there are other possibilities).
