funzione mesh ansys wb

Hello everyone,

I would be grateful if some good soul told me how it is called the function in ansys wb that allows to cut every single component in 2 or more parts to set different size of the mesh elements.

Good morning, I'm a new one, I should start using the fem ansys but I don't know where to start, is it so tough? do there exist handouts/ manuals (in Italian) of this program?
