fusion 360 vs solidworks

My company is introducing a new cloud based cad called autodesk fusion 360.
in terms of surface modeling as compared to solidworks?

I would like to know a comparison between the two programmes regarding the simulation of mechanisms. I have seen that with solidworks create very complicated mechanisms, but it is paid. and with fusion, which is also available for hobbyists?
