Hello everyone.. .
using the "genera section" command, all I'm created is under layer 0
is it possible somehow to maintain the layers used in 3d solid modeling?
the top would be able to obtain single polylines, for each dissected object, always maintaining the origin layers of 3d dissected solids

thanks for availability

to get what you ask you have to resort to the move the discussion in the correct section

...no ok, all right:
generate section --> settings section --> and then in every single part of the options panel, you can set the layer on which the section will be generated (intersection contour - intersection replenishment. ..etc...etc... . )
However, in doing so I always have to indicate the layer to use, I wanted to know if it is possible to automatically obtain the section 2d with the individual elements drawn under the same layer that were used in the model 3d...(I am using autocad 2009... my company for the moment nn has nothing better to offer me.. . )

Thank you very much

you cannot save the configuration.
the only way to travel is to change the settings, drag the section object into a palette and use it for creating new section plans.
