Good morning
They are alee prime weapons with inventor and I'm practicing with geometric constraints.
My question is this is how important it is in the sketch to draw symmetry axes for a design where I have to apply geometric constraints
I designed the section of a cylinder with n°2 diametrally opposite rectangular millings of 2x2 passers .
to be able to make them equal and symmetries I made first destination of a milling then I mirrored the same making it complete and then I mirrored the complete milling to form 2. Is that right? ? ?

Since you're in the first place, I'm allowed to give you advice: avoid creating too complex sketches and always consider the possibility of mirroring the processing, or even creating a solid medium and then mirroring it. the model will be lighter with less odds and constraints in the sketches that will be more clear to those who will then have to make changes to your designs. Moreover it is dark norm, where it is possible, to use as the default plans and axes as reference for your sketch, you will find ready symmetry plans and axes when you need, also to bind the sketch to the origin will make the model more stable.
