geometric tolerances.. and get tired.

I tried a lot of times, but I just can't put a concentric tolerance between two holes:

I cannot make one of the two holes a reference (a) to put the letter inscribed in a square on the quota; Of course, I don't get out of the note.

But how do you do it?

select the reference hole axis (or create a new one), right-click -> properties
opens the window of references properties, select the icon of the reference pane (third), change the name of the axis with the reference name and choose the positioning.

now you have the reference to put geometric tolerance (both in 3d and wanting, in only 2d).
