good morning, it has been for a couple of months that I use catia (v5r19), they have passed a file to edit and it has been done well because almost every hole was connected with the part with which it joined, so if I moved the hole also the thread followed it!
Now my question is... but how do you do that relationship?? Where do I go and what do I do?

from the icon of your part "semistampo vista" you understand that it is a part modeled at the same time in another set, first of all you have to understand in which together they were defined, I do not think that those that you indicate in the photo are the points to the possible holes on the green and blue parts.
