get editable files from stp after recognition of functions

Hello everyone,
they are dealing with another question that does not directly concern modeling, i.e. they ask me to obtain a model/i editable from a stp starting file and then put to the table with its dxf for cutting.
the parts in question are precisely almost all sheets, so with relative flanges and folds, unfortunately after completion of the recognition function I can not get even the flat breakdown, or better the function appears but does not work in substance.
may be that I mistake something during recognition or that the model does not allow certain functions, I attach the stp file. and what comes out of me after recognition.

I tried flying on a particular and making the conversion into sheet metal works perfectly.
open the file...sezione lamiere - convert to sheet metal.
done this works.

recognition functions does not reason for design logic; whether it is a sheet or a plate or shaped or a cut pipe will not reconstruct it as a sheet but with all its functions (presumption according to performance optimization)
also the functions will be almost useless because they must be requoted and bound by zero (you will not even find a horizontal or vertical on the lines)
Could these functions aleatorially create problems in the development of a sheet? Could be, but I doubt it. I'm more likely to believe you're wrong with some passage.
I imported the step and did without problems the development of the calandrate and the central channel and without recognizing functions.
if you also have to change them, you better get them back to zero

but the flat distribution works? Do I still have to convert everything into sheet metal once the functions are recognized?
even if I use the sheet conversion? I have to make the tables and therefore I need to make the flat breakdown.

to make a flat development there must be absolutely a sheet. if the reconstructed functions have not generated a sheet, as it probably happens, it must categorically transform the body into sheet metal.

as I have already said the reconstruction of the functions follows its own logic and uses only basic functions. So if you have to have sheets, you don't need anything.
the reconstruction of the functions genre completely underdeficient sketches that in addition to being rarely useful for changing a model if left without constraints can create problems in the production process (see discussion https://www.cad3d.it/forum1/threads/51076-problemi-parti-importare-solidworks-2017). So if you have to make changes you don't need anything.
Also know that in order to develop a sheet metal it is necessary to have a sheet function and not the fact that the model represents a sheet metal I thought was obvious.
at the end of the fair import the steps without recognizing the functions, transform them into sheet metal (on the forum there are discussions about it) and you will have the activated function
