glass display problems

good day, I can't understand why in the image "without shadows" is all ok, while if I insert the option "show environment shadows" the window appears in the foreground. happens in other views with glass material. specific that is not rendering but pdf print of realistic view.
What's going on?

it was as I thought (video card). removing the hardware accelerator the glass problem is resolved but the pdf printing is no longer faithful to the screen, even inattentive. (taking into account that preview of print is as from screen).
