the drawing is about 25 years old is in pencil on semi-transparent gloss (says so? boh I don't remember anymore:frown, and hardly readable even live.
the photo was taken with good artificial lighting (neon lamps); data click:

lens: af-s dx vr zoom-nikkor 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6g
shot at 18 mm
: auto exposure, apertures-priority ae, 1/60 sec, f/3.5, iso 500
flash: none
focus: af-a, at 1.1m, with a depth of field of about 57cm, (from about 22cm before the focus point to about 35cm after)
af area mode: contrast-detect (wide area)
the photo was taken with the drawing rested on the table, camera oriented down, using the live view (slow and imprecise in focus).
the objective is poor and has been used to the limit of the performance (minimum source and maximum opening) and therefore not to the maximum of its qualitative posibility.
if the design had been better (china), the probabilmete result would have been sufficient.
even photographing an a0 half at a time would help a lot.
p.s. quota texts are high ~3mm
